Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dellore. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will begin processing the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Options and Charges (United Kingdom)

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During busy periods such as sales or the festive season, delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at care@dellore.co.uk.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link and with neighbours or your local sorting office. If your parcel still cannot be located, contact us at care@dellore.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — the choice is yours. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at care@dellore.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, although we will always try to help recover the parcel.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you would like us to deliver to your country in future, let us know at care@dellore.co.uk — we love hearing where our customers are.
