Welcome to Dellore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation email; however, a legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, where we identify a pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Payment is taken at the time of order via the secure payment methods offered at checkout.
- While we take every care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in fabric texture are a natural characteristic of the materials we use. All sizing information is provided as a guide; please consult our size guide before ordering.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of your order unless a longer period is agreed with you. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds and Your Statutory Rights
Your rights to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Dellore or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to introduce viruses or other harmful material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who breaches these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was formed, any loss not caused by our breach, or any business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use only.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal strikes, extreme weather, or supplier disruption. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
